The Terms: These terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Skytours Travel LTD. -(SKL)
SKL act as agent only and are not responsible for your holiday. Purchases made as a result of accessing this site constitute a contract between you the tour operator and/or carrier.
All bookings you make will be subject to the tour operator's and or carrier's terms and conditions. Your signature will be required on the operator's and or carrier's booking form (which SKL shall supply).

Travel Insurance: It is a condition stated on the booking form of any booking made with the Tour Operators with whom SKL deal, that clients take out holiday insurance with the operator, or alternatively arrange cover equal to or greater than that provided by the tour operator. Where a client is already covered by travel insurance, a copy of that policy should be submitted to SKL at the time of booking for verification. Cover must be in place at the time of booking so that cancellation, curtailment and change of itinerary clauses apply.

All prices and packages displayed on this site are subject to availability. The prices shown are based on certain occupancy levels for the accommodation where indicated and may exclude under occupancy supplements and charges.

All prices displayed are in EURO and vary depending on the Tour Operators pricing policy. Therefore some prices may not be inclusive of all taxes and charges.

Ages: Child prices vary between Tour Operators and the accommodation provided. Confirmation of child prices will be made at the time of booking, based on the relevant Tour Operator's criteria. The age of children relates to the whole of the period when they are away including the day of return. Infants are considered to be under the age of 2 years at the time of the return date of the holiday or flight.Travel may be refused if the date of birth according to the child's passport disagrees with the age on the tickets or as indicated at time of booking your holiday.
