The hotel is located in a calm spot with private access to sandy Lota Beach (Praia da Lota) and with a vast sand flat that stretches from Vila Real de Santo António to the mouth of the Formosa estuary. The hostelry has 22 rooms and 4 suites overlooking the sea, as well as a bar, restaurant, conference rooms, games rooms and a private car park.Double rooms and suites all come with private bathrooms. Those on the ground floor have access to the garden, and those on the 1st floor have sea views. Rooms have a range of facilities including a hairdryer, telephone with outside line and satellite TV.The hotel has a tennis court that guests may use (fees apply).
