The apartments are located on the top of a hill in the Puerto del Carmen area. It is just 50 metres from the beach of Puerto del Carmen and is located on an avenue that features most of the neighbourhood's entertainment attractions, including clubs, restaurants and shops. Furthermore, it is just 10 minutes away from Timanfaya National Park and 15 minutes from the idyllic sandy beaches of Papagayo. The island's capital, Arrecife, is some 6 kilometres away, and Lanzarote Airport is approximately 15 kilometres from the establishment.Renovated in 2010, this aparthotel has 142 apartments on 4 floors set in native gardens. In addition to a reception with all services, facilities available to guests at this establishment include lift access and a bar, as well as a restaurant and Internet access in public areas. There is a cellar for storing bicycles and a bike hire service is also offered.
