The Apartment Complex Is Newly Built And Is On The Sea Front, Near To The Harbour – Puerto De Campomanes In A Zone With A Marvelous Climate. There Are 52 Two Bed Roomed Apartments, The Complex Has An Out Door Swimming Pool Behind The Apartments. Apartments Are Of High Quality And Have Panoramic Views. ## Additional Information Domestic animals are allowed, vaccination certificate must be shown (anti rabies) paid directly to the apartments. There are various services available such as cleaning kit, baby kit, “comfort” service, photocopy, fax and car park, all with extra cost and paid directly to the apartments. ## Directions From Alicante airport: Take the motorway Ap7/E15. Take exit 64 – Altea . Follow directions for Calpe on the N332. This is the national road wchich runs a long the sea. Take the road to the port – Puerto Campomanes (Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes) for 2kms. The apartments are easily seen , they have a marvelous glass façade, opposite the sea and just before the harbour. ## Location Information The complex is located in an exclusive area of Altea, just opposite the harbour and on the sea front; there are beaches where water sports are available, such as sailing and the diving school . Centro de Buceo Greenwich is nearby. There is also the tennis club –Club de Tenis de Altea. ## Rooms Information Apartments are functional and fully equipped, the kitchen has a ceramic hob, coven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge; there is TV and air conditioning.
