Welcome to Cala Llonga

Cala Llonga

Discover Cracking Holidays in Cala Llonga

Cala Llonga is one of those resorts in Ibiza that fall into a kind of “safe” category. Neither wild nor sleepy, the resort has major appeal as it is an all-rounder and seems to suit so many tastes and needs. Nobody wants a boring resort and families certainly don’t want all night noise, so Cala Llonga holidays fall nicely in the middle. They manage to offer relaxed days and lively enough nights to keep everyone entertained. The resort is situated south of another lovely Ibizenco resort, Santa Eulalia and is only about 10 minutes drive north of Ibiza Town itself. A small, sheltered cove, Cala Llonga certainly appeals to families with small children as bathing is safe and the whole laid back, relaxed atmosphere is a family haven.

Appealing to couples who enjoy a quiet holiday and families who want the peace and the lovely beach, holidays to Cala Llonga are a good middle of the road choice. But just in case you think the resort is in any way lacking, forget it! A pretty cove of golden sandy beach, oodles of watersports and a decent laid back vibe are the ingredients for relaxation and enjoyment of warm sunny days. Known for parasailing, a scuba diving school, windsurfing and waterskiing, this is the venue to hone up your aquatic skills! There are more cafes, bars and restaurants in Cala llonga than you might imagine, but the evenings, filled with eating, drinking and making new friends, are still not too hectic or loud. There’s the small beach of Sol d’en Serrano with a beach club restaurant built into the rocky face. Romance oozes. On balmy evenings in spring or summer, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else…

A current, valid Passport is necessary for all visitors to Spain. Irish citizens do not need a visa.
