You can find this complex in the exclusive part of Las Coloradas and only 30km distance from the Airport. Las Coloradas is located between the Papagayo Beaches and Playa Blanca, with nice gardens. Going by the sea way, in a aproximate distance of 1km you will find the Yach Harbour Marina Rubicón.This morden complex was opened in 2002 and has a total of 32 bungalows. At the entrance of the complex you will find the Reception and the parking.Each Bungalow has luxury equipment and all of them have regulable air condition and an independen air condition in each Bedroom. The Bungalows count with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Livingroom, and a big terrace. The Kitchen is equiped with microwave, hobs, fridge, toaster, plates, knife & forks etc. Also all the Bungalows have TV, Telephone, Hairdryer and a Safe.The outdoor complex features a swimming pool and a heated pool with a children's area, a poolside snack bar, a Jacuzzi, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
