Take the ramp onto Motorway Tias-Puerto Del Carmen LZ-505. Continue until the second exit Puerto del Carmen. Merge onto Calle Juan Carlos I and turn left on Calle Togio. Take the first right onto Avenue of the Rofer, continues Guardilama Street. Turn right on Calle Las Majadas. ## Location Information The apartments are situated only 700 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from a nice area of restaurants, bars, shops and the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen. At 6 km from the airport and about 14 km from Arrecife. About 20 minutes drive from the Timanfaya National Park, which is the most interesting of the island. And about 40-45 minutes drive from the northern part of the island where are Jameos, Cueva de los Verdes and Mirador del Rio. ## Rooms Information The apartments are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, separate bedroom with twin bed and balcony or terrace.
